Hearts, Magic Needles, hints, undos, extra basket slots, stars, quilt patches and scores are in-game features with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded, and their amounts may change as we balance the game.
Optional purchases are sold and processed by Google Play. Prices are shown in the Google Play purchase screen in your local currency. "Remove Ads" and "Premium" are one-time purchases linked to your Google account. "Woolly Pass" (weekly) and "Unlimited Hearts" (monthly) are auto-renewing subscriptions; any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends, and you can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Magic Needle packs are consumed when added to your balance. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. Rewarded video ads are always optional.
The free game shows ads provided by Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy. Purchasing "Remove Ads" or "Premium", or an active Woolly Pass, removes banner, between-level and app-open ads; you can still choose to watch optional reward videos.
Progress is stored on your device. If you clear the app's data or uninstall without a device backup, progress cannot be recovered by us. Purchases can always be restored from Google Play.
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost progress.
We may update the game and these terms. You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
